• Advised a foreign company on the impact of the Nigerian local content laws on its business in Nigeria with emphasis on the Nigerian content employment targets for service companies.
  • Advised a foreign company on the various laws that would impact on its business in Nigeria including the employment, expatriate quota and other labour law issues.
  • advised on its recruitment contract with a hiring agency in Nigeria; subsequently, we advised on the requirements, process and management of the transfer of the contract staff employees provided by the hiring agency to become permanent employees of the company.
